Application of Boot Washer
A boot washer is a specialized cleaning device designed to remove dirt, mud, contaminants, and pathogens from the soles and sides of shoes
(especially boots). These wash stations are often used in industries where hygiene is critical, such as food processing factories, agriculture,
pharmaceuticals, and construction.
Most of the cleaning boot washers are basically automatic. Users only need to step into the station to clean boot, and the machine will be
operated by useing water flow or detergent, brushes, or a combination of both to clean the boots. Of course, there are also semi-automatic
models. This is configured according to different application scenarios.
Next, we will introduce the existing models and features of WONE's cleaning boot washer station for you.
PBW-31W Stand-Alone Boot Washer, a small induction boot washer station. Employees can put their feet into the boot washer machine one

cleaning.
Cleaning modes include water washing, shoe detergent washing & water washing, and self-cleaning.
PBW-21M Manual boot washer is with double and three station models. Employees can place their feet on the horizontal brush one by one,
and use the handheld shoe brush to thoroughly clean the sides and uppers of shoes and boots. User can choose to use shoe detergent or

At the workshop entrance:
- To prevent cross-contamination, employees should clean their boots before entering the food production area, such as at the workshop entrance, to eliminate dirt and pathogens.
-
Workshop exit
- In some workshops, such as meat processing workshops, poultry processing areas, and agricultural product processing areas, shoes and boots are prone to accumulate dirt. At this time, it is necessary to set up a shoe and boot cleaning machine at the exit of the workshop to prevent the contaminants in the dirt from being transferred to clean areas with the shoes and boots.
-
Inside the workshop
- Inside the food workshop, employees' shoes and boots are seriously contaminated when they are working, and they need to be cleaned manually according to the degree of contamination. It should be noted that the shoe and boot cleaning point should be set away from the product/tool to avoid splash contamination. At the same time, hand-washing facilities should be set up so that hands can be washed again after washing shoes before entering the workshop site.
